I can thoroughly recommend QRC for the quality and scope of care provided by this company. From the initial consultation via Skype in England right through to moving into our chosen rental property, the service could not have been surpassed.
Having fixed up eight appointments to view specially chosen properties over our weekend accommodation visit, the QRC consultants personally met us at the airport and drove us to each property while explaining all the current rules and regulations of Jersey – information provided to be valuable and not found through other routes. Some housing rules had changed in the previous week but QRC were abreast of this and could liaise between (and guide) the Estate Agents, the Human Resources Department and the States of Jersey.
QRC’s attention to details was outstanding: they answered every query promptly and gave us check lists for leaving England and for arriving in Jersey, together with current tourist brochures and maps. They welcomed us on the day of our move by replacing missing light bulbs, and even left a grocery bag in the kitchen. Moreover, they continued to advise us after their work was officially completed.
Trusting in QRC’s professionalism meant that the process of moving house was far less stressful (and, surprisingly, quite enjoyable) than it would otherwise have been. QRC consultants know the vagaries of the Jersey market and judged everything correctly.
