Living in Jersey has it’s own set of quirks and one of them is the Pay & Display parking system. If you’ve moved over recently, or are on holiday from the UK you might think it is safe to assume that wherever you parked it would be a similar system. You would have to find a machine and either pay for a ticket in advance and display it in your car or pay on exit. With the exception of Sand Street and the Waterfront car parks this isn’t the case.
Jersey has a system of pay & display scratch cards, which from the number of lost-looking tourists in Green Street car park, causes a considerable amount of confusion. To help clear things up we’ve put together this helpful video.
