Only QRC will have access to our data base. The data is used solely for providing our staff with information about our clients and customers for the purposes of delivering our services and keeping interested parties updated on the markets we serve and the services we provide as a business.
The data is not used for commercial purposes and will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent.
Customers, clients and interested parties whose data we hold, have the right to request in writing the removal of the same from our database at any time.
This policy applies whether the data has been provided by customers and interested parties themselves or whether the data is shared with us by Relocation Management Companies for the provision of services to assignees working for third party companies, or, by Employers who are engaging our services for the benefit of their employees or prospective employees.

In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to process and store your data securely.
Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
