Your assistance to find the property was really precious and the house that we have not only meets our requirement but is even above in term of location and size.
Regarding all the administrative support, you have been of help as well, providing guidance to help me to understand what has to be done. It was really helpful to get your mediation with the local agent, for the visit and finalising the lease and thanks to your experience we covered everything in the contract. I also much appreciated your availability and reactivity to reply to my emails or to drive me to some places when I needed.
Not only you provided me a strong service, but you are a pleasant person to work with and I felt most welcomed, which is really reassuring in the position I was (away from my family with all the things to sort out). We as well appreciated all your advice / suggestions to make our life easy (ie brochure /info on activities to do with the children, maps)… not mentioning the kind Welcome card and fizzy bottle when we entered in the house on Monday.
