I think the service was very helpful.They primarily helped with the apartment search and the initial dealings with Social Security, Tax Authority and opening a bank account. They also provided useful information. I felt that they listened to my requests and preferences with regards to the apartment and tried to find the best fit.
I am not sure if this is something they usually do or not but Liesl met me at the airport when I arrived which was an immense relief,I really think this should be a procedure for anyone relocating from outside the CI.
