They were both really great and really helped to make the move a lot easier. Liesl kept in contact with us via Skype while we are still in South Africa and arranged for the rental of a property prior to us arriving.
When we arrived, Liesl was on holiday but Jo was really great. We arrived at a bad time because it was right after Christmas and just before New Yea. Jo would come by everyday while we still didn’t have a car to take us shopping etc. She arranged for her husband to take us out to look for a car. She invited us to her home to help us sort out some admin and her family was really friendly to my children and took time to play with them.
I know at the end of the day the point is to provide a service but they do it in a way that it comes across as if they are a friend and they make you feel like they really care about your well-being. Liesl still keeps in contact with us. I think that possibly since they have both experienced a move like this as well, they can appreciate the difficulty. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
